Teacher Tuesday Spotlight – Ali Wagner
Tell us about yourself:
While studying Kinesiology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Ali learned in great depth about the importance of basic and preventative health and how much exercise plays a role in prevention of countless diseases and overall well being. Ali became a Spinning instructor so she could get involved in educating others about how important it is to exercise regularly and motivate them to do so. Her attention to individual needs and appreciation of the human physique has helped Ali to channel that same energy into her love and passion for fitness. Whether you are trying out Pursuit Boston for the first time, or have been Spinning for the last 5 years, Ali has a way to bring out the best in all of her riders, pushing them to limits they never even knew existed. A lover of music, Ali carefully selects tracks to compliment a workout, whether it is through use of inspirational lyrics, or matching beats to RPMs. Ali is always open to taking music suggestions.
