We are so excited to introduce you to the newest member of the Pursuit Boston team – Susan Reardon!
Susan Reardon has been a recognized fitness professional in the Greater Boston area for over 17 years. She applies an integrated approach to both fitness training and nutrition / health coaching by combining her knowledge and expertise utilizing various modalities. She takes the time to truly understand what motivates her clients to keep them enthused and focused on achieving their ultimate wellness goals.
Susan holds multiple certifications including NASM® Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, AADP certified Health / Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach as well as specialty certifications in Pre-Natal / Post Partum Fitness, Sports Specific Training, Neuromuscular / Facilitated Stretching and Balance Training. Susan is also AFAA® Certified in Primary Group Exercise & Kickboxing, SPINNING® Certified and is TRX Suspension Certified. She also holds an undergraduate education in Marketing & Human Resources.
Susan works with a wide-range of clientele including general exercise enthusiast, post-injury and rehab clientele, athletes, pre-natal / post partum, mature population and beginners in exercise. She possesses particular knowledge in non-contact boxing technique and kickboxing training, fat / weight loss, high-intensity interval training, building lean muscle mass and overall strength & cardiovascular conditioning.
