Want to get your arms involved in all the fun? Pursuit’s Spin Flex class is for all those Spinning enthusiasts who want a combination of our traditional 40 minutes of intense, heart-pounding cardio and 20 minutes of upper-body weight training (done safely off the bike) all done in a motivating environment with an amazing sound and lighting system.

Currently Offered on Wednesday’s at 7pm with Amber.
