Think you can handle this ride?! Our instructors will have you sweating out the stresses from your day as you Spin to the beats of your favorite songs! Hard-hitting hills and sprints will have you sweating and pushing yourself harder than you ever thought possible. This is an intense, heart-pounding ride that will make you forget everything else.
Class Profile: Spin Flex
Want to get your arms involved in all the fun? Pursuit’s Spin Flex class is for all those Spinning enthusiasts who want a combination of our traditional 40 minutes of intense, heart-pounding cardio and 20 minutes of upper-body weight training (done safely off the bike) all done in a motivating environment with an amazing sound and lighting system.
Currently Offered on Wednesday’s at 7pm with Amber.
